Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is completed.

However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
• You experienced a technical issue preventing you from accessing your product (and our support team couldn’t resolve it).
• The product description was significantly different from what you received.
